Certificates are emailed the same working day. Ask for the underlying safety data at a pre-qualification meeting and you will get that too.
How we count an accident
Every reportable injury plus every lost-time injury of a full shift or more, across our own operatives and labour-only subcontractors under our supervision, divided by hours actually worked from the site attendance system. We do not reclassify a lost-time injury as restricted duties.
