Earthworks and bulk excavation

We are usually the first contractor on site and the one whose programme everyone else inherits. Getting the levels and the drainage falls right in week one is what stops the frame contractor losing a fortnight in month three.

Levels you can build on

Every machine on our earthworks fleet runs GPS control off the engineer’s model, so formation is cut to tolerance the first time rather than chased with a dumpy level afterwards. We issue as-dug survey data weekly, which means the structural engineer signs off formation without a site visit.

Where the ground turns out worse than the site investigation suggested, you get a call the same morning with the options and what each costs, not a variation three weeks later.

Muck away that stands up to an audit

Every load off site travels under a waste transfer note with the correct EWC code, to a permitted facility, on a registered carrier. Weighbridge tickets are reconciled against our own count and issued with the monthly application.

On remediation sites we work to the validation plan and hand over a pack the local authority will accept, rather than leaving you to assemble it at the end.
