SVC 02
Drainage and utilities
Drainage is where groundworks contracts go wrong: deep dig, live services, water table, and an adopting authority with its own opinion. We price it properly and we survey it before we backfill.
Surveyed before it is buried
Every run is CCTV surveyed and air tested before backfill, and the footage goes to you and to the adopting authority with the as-built. If a joint fails the test we find it while the trench is still open, which costs a morning rather than a slab.
We hold the Section 104 correspondence ourselves so the water authority is dealing with the people who dug it, not with a project manager relaying answers.
Live services
Vacuum excavation over anything the GPR picks up, and a permit-to-dig system that a site manager can actually run. We have not had a service strike on a live site in four years and we will show you the near-miss log that keeps it that way.
