Reinforced concrete and foundations
Our own steelfixers, joiners and concrete gangs, which means the frame contractor is not waiting on a subcontractor of a subcontractor. Piling is by a specialist; everything on top of it is ours.
Holding-down bolts that fit
Bolt positions are set out with a total station from the steelwork fabricator’s model, then re-surveyed after the pour and issued as a deviation report before the steel arrives. A frame contractor who has spent a day slotting base plates will understand why that matters.
Slabs that stay flat
Power-floated and laser-screeded slabs to FM2 as standard, FM1 where the racking specification calls for it, with the flatness survey issued as part of the handover. Joint layout is agreed with you before the pour rather than discovered afterwards.
